Canon is a load of bollocks that pretends to be the truth. Large quantities of it can be found at the Star Wars Fanon Wiki. SuperShadow says canon is crap. George Lucas says canon is crap. Hell, even countless people on Wookiepedia say that canon is crap. So it's crap. Point-blank, period, end of story.
