A Force Ghost is a ghost of a dead Jedi (DUH). They're blue, and see-through, and can either appear as the Jedi was when they died, or how they looked like 26 years prior to death, and before they get all burned and disfigured. No one knows why. The usual reaction to seeing it is having a heart attack or tripping over in surprise. The best known appearance of Force Ghosts took place on the night before Life Day, when Darth Ebeneezer was approached by three such entities. Most encounters with Force Ghosts is after consuming too many Deathsticks. Just ask Cade Skywalker.
