Horton Salm was an human male who flew a Y-wing for the Rebel Alliance. He often took a small flower with him into the cockpit, claiming the existence of a microscopic civilization living upon its surface. This, coupled with his lack of hair and frequent disagreements with the vaunted Wedge Antilles, cemented his position as the laughingstock of the Rebels. His only noteworthy achievement was flying with one engine blown off while using his ion cannon to disable Soontir Fel's TIE interceptor.
