Jax Pavan 864 was one of the 582,797,754 Human males named Jax Pavan on Coruscant. He was best known for coming up with the idea to add a number to the name of every Jax Pavan on Coruscant. He was married to an unknown female who died under suspicious circumstances shortly after giving birth to quadruplets, all four of them boys. Because Jax Pavan wanted to name his first born son after himself, he ended up naming all four of his sons Jax Pavan. This was confusing at times, but this was easily solved by adding numbers to their names. This eventually led to numbering all the Jax Pavans on Coruscant.

When the numbering started, every one on Coruscant was very thankful that the problems that come with having so many people with the same name would be solved. To honor Jax Pavan and his great idea, he and his sons were the only one given the opportunity to chose their own number. He chose the number 864, because that number had special meaning to him. He was the 86th person in his family to be named Jax Pavan and he had 4 sons. His sons were, because they were quadruplets, all the 67th Jax Pavans of the family. They were given the numbers 87 1, 87 2, 87 3 and 87 4.
